Kent law firm Furley Page has added some additional power to its Real Estate team in the form of Canterbury Rugby Club's number eight, Tyler Greenland.

Joining the Commercial Property division, Tyler will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements, as well as property finance arrangements.

Jeremy Licence, Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate at Furley Page, said: "Our thirteen-person strong Real Estate team is widely regarded as a heavyweight in the sector, and we are always seeking to nurture new talent and maximise our offer to clients.

Tyler has demonstrated great competence in commercial property law, and I am sure he will be a valuable addition to the team.

"Our partners, staff and guests have enjoyed many matches at Canterbury Rugby Club over the years, and we are very much looking forward to seeing one of our own performing on the pitch."

Tyler qualified as a solicitor in 2025, having previously studied law at Swansea University, completing his Legal Practice Certificate and Master's degree at the University of Law in London. Furley Page is a longstanding sponsor of Canterbury Rugby Club, for

which Tyler plays in the first team, with the club funding part of his legal training.

Tyler said: "It's great to join a firm that has such a strong reputation in commercial property, especially one that is a supporter of the rugby club I play for. Rugby and the law are both important parts of my life, so the synergy between Furley Page and Canterbury

RFC is an ideal situation for me and I cannot wait to get stuck in."
