Logistics UK Launches Search for the Rising Star of 2026
Logistics Awards 2026

Logistics UK has launched the search for the Rising Star of the Year, which is returning to form an important part of the organisation's Logistics Awards 2026. The Rising Star category highlights the incredible talent, broad variety of roles and incredible employees and their employers within the logistics sector.
The prestigious award is aimed at an individual in the early stages of their career in logistics, and managers or peers who wish to nominate and recognise an inspiring peer or colleague who they feel has created significant impact in the logistics industry are encouraged to do so at the earliest opportunity.
This year's nominees will be celebrated in Logistics Magazine's special 'Rising Star 2026' feature which will be published in September. Then five shortlisted individuals selected by the judges will be invited to attend Logistics UK's Logistics Awards at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge on 10 December 2026 when the winner will be announced.
Bethany Windsor, Logistics UK's Head of Skills Policy and Generation Logistics said,
"The next generation of professionals deserves to be recognised for the fantastic job it's doing. The Logistics Awards, and the Rising Star of the Year award in particular, help show the broad variety of roles and fantastic employers and employees within the logistics sector. We look forward to receiving this year's nominations and discovering the emerging talent of the future."
Individuals are invited to nominate professionals from any field of logistics who excel in their roles and are destined for success – the only criterion is that they must have fewer than five years' experience in the sector.
The awards are free to enter, and the entry deadline is 5pm on Friday 3 July. Full details are available at: logistics.org.uk/logistics26
The Logistics Awards 2026 are sponsored by Aptean, Close Brothers, DP World, Logistics UK Recovery Service, Pallet Track, Port of Dover, VEV and Wise.
