The Personal Finance Society (PFS) Festival of Financial Planning is set to return for the first time since 2022, with a two-day event at the NEC Birmingham this November. Registrations are now open for the festival, which expects to welcome over 3,000 delegates from across the UK.
The flagship event’s theme will be ‘IMAGINE: The Future of Financial Planning’, reflecting a spirit of innovation and collaboration, with the programme exploring how tech, changing client expectations, and new ideas are shaping the future of advice.
In the announcement today, Carla Brown, President of the PFS, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to bring back the Festival of Financial Planning for our members, and the wider professional community. Our teams are gearing up for an unmissable two days of top tier content across four arenas, featuring outstanding speakers and thought-provoking sessions that will explore the future of financial planning and the evolving needs of clients”.
Attendees can expect more than 70 sessions across the two days, in an immersive experience with top level speakers, interactive discussions, and entertainment. The PFS is calling for members to speak at this year’s event, encouraging ‘inspiring, insightful and engaging’ member speakers to register their interest in taking the stage.
The full festival programme will be announced in June, with details to include a business and culture stream examining topics from leadership to succession planning, tips to engage and delight clients, which tech can deliver efficient process and delivery for businesses, and advice and wealth management.
The Personal Finance Society Festival of Financial Planning will be held at the NEC Birmingham on 18-19 November 2026.
