Synergy – The Retreat Show, the only international trade show dedicated exclusively to wellness travel and the retreat industry, has announced the launch of The Source – Transformation Series, a new open-access online programme created to continue the conversations, connections and knowledge sharing sparked at its annual global event.
Founded by an international team of wellness, travel and events experts, Synergy delivers a platform for inspirational conversation, meaningful meetings, creative exchange and immersive experiences. With a core focus on sustainability, slow hospitality and responsible wellbeing, the show is designed to help shape the retreat industry in line with rising global expectations.
Now, as the sector continues to evolve, Synergy is expanding its year-round offering with a dedicated platform focused on education and practical insight. The Source - Transformation Series will create a space where retreat leaders, hoteliers, travel designers, practitioners and wellness innovators can continue to learn, connect and exchange ideas beyond the show itself.

Lee, a Colorado-based licensed psychedelic facilitator whose clients have included Golden Door, One&Only and Four Seasons. Also featured is How to Build a Community Ready to Buy Your Retreat in 2026 with retreat business mentor Manu Molina, who has worked with leading global wellness brands including Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary, Six Senses Ibiza and Samahita Retreat. Rounding out the programme is Neuro-Somatic Healing: Resetting the Nervous System for Stress and Emotional Balance with Dr. Cijith Sreedhar, Chief Medical Officer at Prakriti Shakti and an internationally recognised speaker in holistic healing, naturopathy and yoga medicine.
