Re-opening 10 May 2026, this design led, adults oriented sanctuary on the Greek island of Paros brings together refined Cycladic architecture, immersive wellness and elevated, place led hospitality.

Following its debut in 2025, Vione Paros returns for the 2026 season on May 10, unveiling a defining new culinary collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Luca Piscazzi. Introducing Pino by Luca Piscazzi at Vione Paros, the partnership marks a significant evolution of the hotel's gastronomic identity, positioning Vione Paros at the forefront of refined, experience-led dining in the Cyclades.

Set on the increasingly sought-after island of Paros, the design-led, adults-oriented retreat continues to bring together refined Cycladic architecture, immersive wellness and elevated, place led hospitality. Vione Paros is part of SWOT Hospitality; the leading Athens-based hotel management company behind a growing portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts across Greece and Southeast Europe.

A Design-Led Sanctuary Above the Aegean

Perched above the coastline, Vione Paros has been conceived as a seamless extension of its surroundings. The architecture draws on the clean linearity of Cycladic forms, softened through natural materials and a palette of warm, earthy tones that echo the island's terrain.

Across its 40 suites, including 28 with private pools, the emphasis is on openness and flow, with light-filled interiors, expansive terraces and uninterrupted sea views creating a continuous dialogue between indoors and out.

Natural materials such as marble, wood and woven textiles introduce warmth and texture, while soft, muted tones create a sense of calm that defines the overall aesthetic. Each space is designed as a private retreat shaped by light, landscape and stillness.

Wellness as a Way of Living

Central to the Vione experience is Dione Spa, one of the island's most expansive and design-led wellness sanctuaries. Inspired by the mythological goddess of water, the spa is conceived as an immersive environment where wellbeing is woven into every aspect of the stay.

Rooted in the principles of ancient Greek medicine and powered by marine-based therapies, the spa offers a holistic approach that combines hydrotherapy, restorative treatments and results-driven skincare. Signature experiences include thalassotherapy-inspired rituals, mineral-rich body treatments and personalised wellness journeys tailored to the individual, reflecting a growing demand for more bespoke, outcome-led spa programmes.

Facilities include an indoor heated pool, hydrotherapy circuits and dedicated treatment suites designed to restore balance and vitality, alongside daily programming such as sunrise yoga and guided wellness sessions.

For the current season, the focus is on personalisation and longevity, with treatments designed to support recovery, stress reduction and overall resilience, positioning wellbeing not as an add-on, but as a foundational element of the guest experience.

A Culinary Expression of the Cyclades

Dining at Vione Paros evolves this season with the introduction of Pino by Luca Piscazzi, a Roman-inspired concept created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Luca Piscazzi. Bringing both prestige and personality to the hotel's culinary offering, the concept reflects a refined yet emotive approach to Italian cuisine, shaped by memory, craftsmanship and a strong sense of place.

By day, the experience is rooted in simplicity and authenticity. Lunch embraces the spirit of Roman and Italian coastal dining, with a focus on light, convivial dishes designed for sharing. Thin, crisp Roman-style pizzas, handmade pastas and seasonal plates celebrate the purity of ingredients and the relaxed rhythm of island life, offering an approachable and effortless expression of Italian gastronomy.

As evening falls, the concept transitions into a more elevated fine dining experience. Dinner at Pino becomes a more immersive and refined culinary journey, where the elegance of Italian cuisine is seamlessly combined with the richness of the Cycladic landscape. The menu places particular emphasis on exceptional local produce, featuring seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs sourced from the island and, most notably, a strong seafood led offering.

Fresh, locally sourced seafood takes centre stage, presented with precision and restraint to highlight its natural quality, while contemporary techniques and thoughtful compositions bring depth and sophistication to each dish. The result is a dining experience that feels both distinctly Italian and deeply connected to Paros, refined, expressive and rooted in seasonality.

Complemented by a curated selection of Italian wines, signature cocktails and artisanal touches, dining at Vione becomes a defining element of the guest experience: sensory, elevated and intrinsically linked to both place and time.

An Immersive Island Experience

Beyond the hotel itself, Vione invites guests to explore Paros through a curated programme of experiences designed to reflect the island's culture, landscape and rhythm of life. From sailing to nearby Antiparos and discovering hidden beaches, to guided hiking trails across rugged hillsides, each experience is designed to foster a deeper connection to the destination.

Guests can immerse themselves in the island's rich heritage through visits to traditional villages, centuries-old churches and local museums, or engage with Paros' culinary traditions through olive oil and wine tastings. For those seeking a more active escape, experiences range from horse riding through scenic countryside to water sports and scuba diving in the crystal-clear Aegean waters.

Whether cultural, culinary or adventure-led, each moment is thoughtfully curated to offer an authentic and memorable sense of place.

A Defining Address for Paros

As Paros continues to emerge as one of the Cyclades' most compelling destinations, offering the beauty of its neighbouring islands with a more relaxed, authentic atmosphere, Vione Paros stands as a defining address for a new era of Mediterranean travel.

With its golden beaches, vibrant hubs such as Naoussa and Parikia, and traditional villages like Lefkes, the island presents a rich blend of culture, gastronomy and outdoor exploration. From hidden coves and crystal-clear waters to historic wineries and artisan workshops, Paros offers a more layered and experiential alternative to the classic Cycladic itinerary.

At Vione, this sense of place is brought to life through a thoughtfully curated programme of experiences. Guests can explore the surrounding islands by private boat, discover lesser-known corners of Paros on guided excursions, or take in the landscape on horseback along coastal trails. Cultural immersion comes through visits to family-run wineries such as Moraitis, alongside olive oil tastings and hands-on pottery workshops that celebrate local craftsmanship.

For those drawn to nature, scenic hiking routes wind through olive groves, vineyards and traditional villages, while slower, more intentional moments (from candlelit "dark sky" evenings and communal dining to curated picnics and early morning swims) that capture the understated rhythm of island life.

An ideal destination for the 2026 summer season, Vione Paros reflects the island's evolving identity and the growing demand for a more considered, experience-led escape.

Reservations for the 2026 season (May – October) are now open.
